Lenovo re-enters the PH smartphone market with new range of devices

Lenovo also launched a slew of new smart accessories!

Alongside the launch of its new IdeaPad and Yoga range, Lenovo has announced that it will once again be releasing new smartphones in the Philippines! Specifically, Lenovo is releasing the K5 Play, K5 Pro, and S5 Pro, three smartphones that pack multi-camera setups and offer good value-for-money. Complementing these smartphones are a range of smart devices and accessories.

Lenovo K5 Play and K5 Pro

First up, we have the Lenovo K5 series which consists of the K5 Play and K5 Pro. The K5 Play is a budget phone with a 5.7-inch HD+ display, a Snapdragon 430 processor, and a 13MP + 2MP rear camera setup. This phone is priced at only PHP 3,990.

Meanwhile, the Lenovo K5 Pro has a larger 5.99-inch display with a 1080p resolution. The Pro model packs a Snapdragon 636 processor, and has a 16MP + 5MP dual rear camera setup. Rounding out the K5 Pro’s features are a Type-C port and a 4050mAh battery. For its price, the K5 Pro has an SRP of PHP 5,990.

 

Lenovo S5 Pro

The last of Lenovo’s new smartphone lineup is the S5 Pro, a phone that features a 6.2-inch FHD+ display, a Snapdragon 636 processor, and dual front and rear cameras. Specifically, the S5 Pro has a 12MP F/1.8 + 20MP F/2.6 rear camera setup and a 20MP F/2.2 + 8MP front camera setup. Similar to the K5 Pro, the S5 Pro also comes with a USB Type-C port.

The Lenovo S5 Pro is priced at PHP 7,495.

 

Smart Accessories

 

To complement the new range of smartphones and laptops, Lenovo has also unveiled a range of accessories, from headphones, to a smartwatch.

  • HT28 TWS Buds – PHP 2,495
  • Lenovo Smartwatch S2 – PHP 2,995

Finally, Lenovo unveiled a series of smart home tech, including the Smart Tab series which can control various smart home devices. There’s also the new Lenovo Robot Vacuum Cleaner, which can be controlled via Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
