Samsung launches the Odyssey gaming monitor line-up in the Philippines

Interested in upgrading your gaming rig’s monitor into a curved display? Here’s some great news for you! Samsung has just launched its new Odyssey line of gaming monitors in the Philippines. The Odyssey lineup consists of two curved displays, both of which feature high refresh rates and 1440p resolutions.

First up, we have the Odyssey G7. This display comes in a 32-inch and a 27-inch variant, though both have a 240Hz refresh rate, 1ms (GTG) response time, and a 2560×1440 (QHD) resolution. Both G7 variants also have HDR 600 certification and 1000R screen curvature.

Up next is the Odyssey G9, an ultra-wide monitor with a 49-inch screen size, 1000R curvature, and a 5120×1440 (DQHD) resolution. While other ultra-wide monitors are limited to only a 60Hz refresh rate, the G9 has a fast 240Hz refresh rate, as well as a 1ms response time. To top it all off, the G9 comes with HDR 1000 certification, meaning it should be a great match for HDR movies and games.

The new Odyssey monitor line is available now on the and in PC Express, PCWorx, and Complink retail and online stores. The monitors are also available via Machine and Computer and DTYH (Oriontech) on Lazada and Smart Asia (I Love PC) on Shopee.
