    Huawei launches the Vision S Smart TV in the Philippines

    Following the initial teaser a few days ago, Huawei has finally launched the Vision S in the Philippines. The Vision S is Huawei’s first Smart TV in the Philippine market, and it comes in two sizes: a 55-inch and a 65-inch version.

    Both variants of the Vision S come with 4K resolutions and up to 120Hz refresh rates, making them suitable displays for gaming. The Vision S also comes with a slim-bezel design that should give users a more immersive viewing experience.

    As for audio, the Vision S packs four speakers along with Huawei Histen which adds 3D surround sound support.

    Aside from its big display size, the Huawei Vision S’ highlight is its 13MP Magnetic Detachable Camera. With this, users can enter into a video chat with friends/family using the TV along coupled with a Huawei smartphone. Video calls with the Vision S can be done through Huawei MeeTime. Plus, the camera can also be used to snap pics of you and your family.

    Finally, the Vision S runs on HarmonyOS, an operating system that’s packed with a variety of native apps, including WishFM, Basketball Slam, Cignal, and more. The Vision S also supports Android Boxes and Apple TV boxes for your Netflix and YouTube needs.

    The Huawei Vision S Smart TVs are available for pre-order from May 7-20, 2021, with each pre-order coming with a free smart box and microphone. Pre-orders are available at Huawei Concept Stores, major Home Appliance Stores such as Abenson, and AllHome nationwide. Interested buyers can also purchase these online via the Huawei Store, Lazada, or Shopee.

    The Vision S’ 55-inch model has pre-order price starting at PHP 32,999 for cash/straight transactions. Meanwhile, the Huawei Vision S 65-inch model is priced starting at PHP 49, 999 for cash/straight transactions. Aside from exclusive freebies, every purchase of the Huawei Vision S Series will also come with home delivery up until May 31, 2021.
