Philips Gaming Monitors has announced Community Shield 2021, a community-based Valorant tournament that’s happening from July to August in the Philippines. This new event follows on the heels of the Philips Gaming Monitors Vanguard Cup 2021. But unlike the Vanguard Cup which showcased the PH’s top Valorant teams, Community Shield 2021 aims to grow the budding Valorant talents in the country.

The event kicked off last July 15 with the Casters and Streamers Cup. There, casters and streamers faced off, with the champions getting Philips Gaming Monitors (242MB), Red Bull Packs, T-Force Fash Drives and Rapoo products.

The main portion of the Philips Community Shield 2021 event will start on July 29 with the first leg, followed by the second and third legs on August 12 and 26, respectively. The tournament is openg to all amateur teams, though participants per leg are limited to 8 teams. Each leg will have one winner, with winners getting PHP 5,000, Red Bull Packs, T-Force Fash Drives and Rapoo products.

In line with the Community Shield tournament, Philips partnered with PC Worx to put together a special bundle with every purchase of specific models of Philips Gaming Monitors. The bundle is available from July 15 to August 31 or while supplies last.
