Samsung launches the Galaxy A33 5G, A53 5G, and A73 5G in the Philippines

Samsung has just launched the new Galaxy A series in the Philippines, consisting of the A33 5G, A53 5G, and A73 5G.

As the successors to last year’s A52 and A72, these new devices promise to give users a near flagship-level user experience at a price tag that’s more affordable than your usual top-of-the-line smartphone.

First up, we have the Galaxy A33 5G. This new device features a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a quad camera setup with a 48MP main shooter, and a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging. The phone is also powered by an octa-core processor (which has yet to be revealed), and it has IP67 water + dust resistance.

Next up is the A53 5G, a mid-range device that has a 6.5-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, a quad camera setup with a 64MP OIS-equipped main shooter, a 32MP front camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging. Similar to the A33 5G, the A53 5G also has an IP67 rating.

Finally, we have the Galaxy A73 5G, the top-end device in the A series. This phone features a large 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, as well as a 5,000mAh batter with 25W fast charging and an IP67 water/dust resistance rating. Though the highlight feature of this new phone is the quad camera setup which is headlined by a 108MP main shooter with PDAF and OIS for better low light photos.

The Galaxy A53 5G will be available on April 1 in all authorized Samsung Stores and online at the following prices:
