TOYCON PH is back for 2022, happening this July
It's been nearly three years since the last TOYCON, and we finally have confirmation that TOYCON PH is back in 2022.
It’s been nearly three years since the last TOYCON, and we finally have confirmation that TOYCON PH is back in 2022. Specifically, this year’s TOYCON PH is happening on July 8-10, 2022 at the SM Megatrade Hall in SM Megamall.
TOYCON PH’s return for this year was announced via a post on their social media page which confirms the event’s schedule and venue.
Right now, there’s not much info yet regarding what to expect at this year’s TOYCON, but based on the teaser image, it seems that Voltes V will be a big highlight, possibly to highlight the upcoming Voltes V Legacy live action series by GMA.
The last TOYCON PH event happened back in June 2019 at the SMX Convention Center in SM Mall of Asia. But due to the pandemic, TOYCON PH did not push through in 2020 and 2021. Now though, Pinoy toy collectors can finally get their hands on exclusive collectibles, as well as enjoy a range of activities.
While we don’t have any info yet on what kinds of booths and activities to expect, what’s sure is that toy collectors will want to head over to the event this June for a chance to grab rare collectibles for the collection.
