    OPPO shows off new Find X5 Pro in the Philippines

    Last week, OPPO showcased the Find X5 Pro in the Philippines, the brand’s new premium smartphone that features a Hasselblad camera setup.

    The highlight of the Find X5 Pro is its camera setup. Specifically, the phone comes with a 50MP main + 50MP ultrawide + 13MP telephoto triple rear camera setup. The phone’s two 50MP shooters use Sony IMX766 sensors, while the 13MP telephoto has 5x optical zoom.

    Aside from being impressive on paper, OPPO has also partnered with Hasselblad to co-create the Hasselblad Camera for Mobile which should make for even better photos. This software features Hasselblad Natural Color Calibration to give natural and accurate colors, as well as a range of creative filters.

    On top of these, the Find X5 Pro features MariSilicon X chip to further enhance photos and videos, especially in low light.

    Powering the Find X5 Pro is a flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor which is paired with 12GB of RAM, ensuring powerful performance.

    The phone also includes a 5000mAh battery which supports 80W SUPERVOOC flash charging and a 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging technology. Thanks to this, the can charge from close to empty to 50 percent in just 12 minutes, while AIRVOOC can get the phone to 100 percent in 47 minutes.

    As for its display, the OPPO flagship features a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, as well as Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

    At the back meanwhile, the Find X5 Pro features a ceramic back that OPPO says is two times stronger than a conventional glass panel and is more effective for heat dissipation. The phone also has IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

    Along with the phone, OPPO also showcased the Enco X2 in the Philippines, the brand’s latest flagship wireless earbuds which feature a coaxial dual-driver design and active noise cancellation.

    While OPPO did introduce the Find X5 Pro in the Philippines, the brand has yet to announce if the new flagship will be released in the country. Right now, there’s no word yet on pricing and possible availability information for the Find X5 Pro.
