ASUS Philippines recently announced that its No. 1 Quality & Service Program is available now with purchases of select ASUS and ROG devices.
In case you’re unfamiliar, the ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program combines promises of the product’s quality with extra peace of mind, courtesy of enhanced warranty coverage and services.
As part of this program, ASUS flagship models in the ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG lines will come with a 3-Year International and Local Warranty. These allow users to have their device repaired in over 100 Authorized Service Centers in the Philippines, and in partner service centers in over 90 countries. Meanwhile, ASUS and ROG desktops, along with ASUS All-in-One (AiO) PCs, will retain their 3-Year Local Warranty.
Even handheld devices have an enhanced warranty, as these will come with the 1-Year Local Accidental Damage Protection “LADP, which covers accidental, customer-induced damage.
On top of these, ASUS also has the following extra service benefits for purchases of participating products:
- Up to 6X Free Device Cleaning (ASUS Preventive Maintenance): Customers with eligible ASUS and ROG laptops, desktops, All-In-One PCs, and handhelds can now access complimentary preventive maintenance services, including professional cleaning and device care, for 6 times during the warranty period (2 service claims per year).
- 14-Day Extended Replacement Window: ASUS has extended its replacement period from 7 days to 14 days.
- Local On-Site Service Upgrade: ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptop owners will be eligible for on-site service, alongside the previously-covered ASUS and ROG desktop and AiO products.

The 2026 Enhanced Warranty Packages will be available for select ASUS and ROG products purchased and activated through authorized retailers in the Philippines starting today, June 8, 2026.
