Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio announces RGG Summit Summer 2023

Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio announced its RGG Summit 2023 Summer livestream, and fans can expect updates on the upcoming Like a Dragon titles.

This upcoming stream is expected to be similar to last year’s RGG Summit which featured the latest updates on the next Like a Dragon titles that are in the pipeline. For reference, last year’s event saw the announcement of multiple big titles, including Like a Dragon 8 and Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name.

RGG Summit Summer 2023 stream will happen on June 16 at 11:00 AM PH Time. You can catch it live on the 16th below:

Given that Like a Dragon: Ishin was released earlier this year, the next games on the RGG Studio pipeline are Like a Dragon Gaiden and Like a Dragon 8.

It’s likely that we’ll see both games get new trailers. Though given that Gaiden is set to release this year, we expect to see a gameplay showcase for it. That would be exciting for series fans, especially as it will be the first new game starring Kiryu since Yakuza 6 (not counting the Yakuza Kiwami 2 remake).

As for Like a Dragon 8, it will also be interesting to see if there’s an update there. Plus, we’re also hoping to see new announcements be made at the stream.
