Lenovo unveils new ThinkPad laptops with AMD Ryzen PRO 7040 series processors

Lenovo recently revealed new ThinkPad laptops which are powered by the latest AMD Ryzen PRO 7040 series mobile processors, promising even better productivity performance.

Specifically, these new mobile workstations include the new ThinkPad P16v, P16s Gen 2, and P14s Gen 4 which come with optional NVIDIA RTX professional graphics cards.

Here’s a rundown of what you can expect with the new Lenovo ThinkPads, along with their SRPs in the Philippines:

  • ThinkPad P16v (PHP 107,899.00): The P16v is a workstation that promises to be a great partner for heavier use cases as it is powered by up to an AMD Ryzen 9 PRO 7040 HS Series Mobile processors and up to an NVIDIA RTX 2000 Ada Generation laptop GPU. On top of these, the laptop also features dual thermal outflow for better cooling, as well as a bright 800nit IPS panel with low blue light tech.
  • ThinkPad P14s Gen 4 (PHP 90,299.00) and P16s Gen 2 (PHP 92,699.00): For a mobile workstation that’s smaller or more affordable, there’s the P14s Gen 4 and P16s Gen 2. Both laptops are powered by up to MD Ryzen 7 PRO 7040 Series Mobile processors with an integrated AMD Radeon™ 700M Series GPU. Though these laptops pack OLED screens which also have low blue light for comfortable use, even for hours on end.
