CMON Limited has announced the return of the CMON Expo Bangkok this year and this time, it will be the biggest CMON Expo ever to happen. Here are all the details we know about the upcoming CMON Expo Bangkok 2023 event.
CMON Expo Bangkok 2023 will be a two-day tabletop gaming event happening on November 4-5. The event brings the best of the best experiences of the genre directly to Asia as it features publishers and vendors from various parts of the world. Brands from Thailand, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, France, Germany, Poland, Finland, and the USA will be in attendance as they showcase all of the tabletop goodness that they have looming over the horizon. Those in attendance will be able to treat themselves to various demos of upcoming games, game reveals, teasers, and more. All that will be filling over 2,500 square meters of event space. So far, it is confirmed that the following will be in attendance for the event:

Aside from reveals from brands, there are also a lot of activities for the fans themselves. Official tabletop tournaments will be happening in the event with awesome exclusive prizes on the line. One of which will be the A Song of Ice & Fire: The Miniatures Game, Realms of Battle Asia Invitational Tournament. This is a two-day event, where the top players in the game battle it out to win the coveted championship. The winner also gets to be named Warden of the East.
Alongside that, you’ll also have meet and greets and signings. Special guests include CMON designer Fabio Cury (Marvel Zombies, Song of Ice and Fire: The Miniatures Game), Spiel des Jahres winner, designer Randy Flynn (Cascadia, Cascadia Landmarks), and debut designer Matthias Wigge (Ark Nova, Ark Nova: Marine Worlds).
Of course, there will also be A LOT of game trials and general gameplay. A new Zombicide Experience will be in the event which is a never-ending campaign of Zombicide held throughout the weekend, where players can hop in and out of the game, earning XP to win exclusive loot and prizes. Interested in painting minis? You can join the Crystal Brush Awards, which is coming to Asia for the first time. Six categories of miniature painting will be open for entries and judging, with the winners walking away with trophies, and up to $ 2,000 in cash prize.
Finally, the Eureka Boardgame Designer Awards are also happening in CMON Expo Bangkok 2023. This is an annual design competition for aspiring boardgame designers where the winner will also get the commitment by CMON to publish their design.
