Demon Slayer: Sweep the Board gets new release date announcement trailer
Sweep the Board is Mario Party meets Demon Slayer.
After its launch reveal earlier this month, SEGA shared a new release date announcement trailer for Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- Sweep the Board.
In case you missed its reveal, Sweep the Board is a new game featuring the cast of Aniplex and Ufotable’s hit anime Kimetsu no Yaiba. Instead of being an arena fighter like most anime video games, this game is more like Mario Party as it’s a board game-style party title with a wide array of mini-games.

In this game, players can control a selection of popular characters from the series. Each Demon Slayer swordsman also features a unique Slayer’s Dice that grants powerful effects. Of course, these can only be used once every three turns, so you’ll need to be smart when using it.
Along with Slayer’s Dice info, two mini-games were also detailed:
- Tanjiro’s Total Concentration Training: Assist Tanjiro as he undergoes intense training, helping him achieve Total concentration!
- Team Memory Matching: A 2-on-2 team battle where you must work together to match cards with the same picture!
Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – Sweep the Board will be released on the Nintendo Switch on April 25, 2024.
