What to expect at the Asia Pacific Predator League 2024 Grand Finals
From exciting Valorant matches to big musical performances, here's what you can expect at the Predator League 2024 Grand Finals.
Following its announcement last month, Acer Predator has finally shared more info on the Asia Pacific Predator League 2024 Grand Finals that’s happening this January.
This year’s event will be split into two tournaments, one for the ever-popular MOBA Dota 2 and the other for Riot Games’ hit hero-based shooter Valorant.
The Dota 2 and Valorant winners will each take home USD 65,000. Meanwhile, second-place winners will get USD 20,000. Finally, the third and fourth-place winners will receive USD 7,500 each.
Aside from exciting Valorant and Dota games, the two-day event will also feature lots of big guests. There, Predator ambassadors Cong TV and the Team Payaman boys, burg, KuyaNic, Chibiby, Maggiekarp, amaratv, Een Mercado, Kang Dupet, and Alodia Gosiengfiao will be in attendance.
There will also be lots of musical guests, including Acer ambassadors SB19 and Sarah Geronimo who will lead the roster of talents on Day 1 alongside Urbandub, Al James, Ylona Garcia, UPeepz, and Felip.
Meanwhile, Day 2 will feature KZ Tandingan, Sandwich, Franco, Spongecola, the Manila Symphony Orchestra, Daloy Dance Company, Josh Cullen, and Pablo.
“The Predator League is a premier esports tournament in APAC and is the home ground of up-and-coming esports talents. We are very excited as this is the Philippines’ first time hosting the event offline,” said Sue Ong Lim, General Manager at Acer Philippines.
The Predator League 2024 Grand Finals is happening at the Mall of Asia Arena on January 13 and 14, 2024. Tickets for the event are on sale now at SM Ticket booths and online.
