After seven years, Hideo Kojima finally brought back his YouTube show HideoTube, and this new episode is a must-watch for any and every Kojima fan.

In this first HideoTube episode in years, Kojima shares lots of new insight on Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, as well as the two upcoming original Kojima Productions projects — OD and Physint. What’s more, the episode also features info on the Hideo Kojima: Connecting Worlds documentary.

To top it all off, Kojima is joined by popular voice actor Kenjiro Tsuda (the Japanese voice of Sam Porter Bridges in Death Stranding and Nanami in Jujutsu Kaisen), as well as TBS announcer Risa Unai.

This 50-minute-long video is chock-full of interesting info. For instance, Kojima shared in the episode that he began working on Physint due to the clamor for a new Metal Gear game. While he did not mention anything specific about it yet, a return to the stealth genre for Kojima should be exciting for everyone.

Of course, Death Stranding 2 is a big focus of the episode as it features Sam Porter Bridges’ Japanese voice actor, not to mention that the game’s trailer was released just recently in a State of Play stream.

While HideoTube has returned, it’s not clear if Hideo Kojima will continue to appear in more. After all, Kojima is working non-stop it seems. Aside from the three games that are on his plate, Kojima has also released a ton of projects in the past year such as his podcast and the Connecting Worlds documentary.
