Fashion-forward is the theme of the Huawei MWC 2024 showcase as the brand highlighted eye-catching new devices at the event.

Specifically, Huawei showed off the HUAWEI Mate 60 RS ULTIMATE DESIGN, HUAWEI FreeClip, and HUAWEI WATCH GT 4 at the latest Mobile World Congress. All these devices feature eye-catching designs that should fit the style of fashion-conscious users.

What’s more, Huawei also divided its booth into ULTIMATE DESIGN, Fashion Forward, XMAGE, Creation of Beauty, and Fitness & Health scenario-based experience zones, showcasing the different areas that the brand is focusing on.

“Huawei will continue to cement its position as a global high-end, fashion-forward, and technology-driven brand”, said Kevin Ho, COO of the Huawei Consumer Business Group, “In 2024, we will continue to increase R&D investments in smart devices, fitness & health, and digital creation. These efforts will make innovative products and services more accessible to users worldwide, and create cutting-edge, pioneering, and personalized lifestyles for consumers.”

Huawei’s latest devices are no doubt fashion-forward given their designs and materials. For starters, the HUAWEI Mate 60 RS ULTIMATE DESIGN has added rare earth elements to the red ceramics sintering process, giving it a vibrant red body. Then, the UAWEI WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN is Huawei’s first-ever gold smartwatch as it is made with 18K gold and Zirconium-based Liquid metal. There’s also the HUAWEI FreeClip with its C-bridge design, as well as the HUAWEI WATCH GT 4 in its octagonal style.

Further committing to fashion-focused devices, Huawei also announced that it has set up Aesthetics Research Centers in Paris, Milan, and London, to gain insight into the design and aesthetic trends of different cultures.

The Huawei booth also showcased some of the brand’s latest devices, including the HUAWEI MatePad Pro 13.2″, the flagship tablet with a focus on art creation. Huawei also mentioned that it is prioritizing the PaperMatte Display and NearLink technologies for future devices.

Design aside, Huawei also stated at MWC 2024 that it will continue to produce great devices for photography. This can be seen in the booth as the XMAGE brand was highlighted. Over the past year, Huawei has released smartphones with XMAGE capabilities that showcase the capabilities of smartphone photography.

This is just scratching the surface of Huawei’s Mobile World Congress appearance as a lot of other devices and technologies were showcased.
