ONE Store Beta Now Available

After various technical tests, HoYoverse finally opened pre-registration for its upcoming action RPG Zenless Zone Zero on PS5, PC, Android, and iOS.

As with most new game launches, the opening of pre-registration for the game comes with a special campaign. Players who pre-register will get to various rewards, with more rewards being unlocked as more registration milestones are reached.

Specifically, players can get 20 Master Tapes (used to obtain rare characters), the playable Agent Corin, 30,000 Dennies, and Boopons (used to obtain rare Bangboos). These rewards will be released to players via the in-game mail when the game launches officially.

HoYoverse’s next game promises to be an intriguing one for fans of titles like Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, though instead of a fantasy or a sci-fi setting, this upcoming title has an urban fantasy setting and style, complete with some roguelite elements.

The game is described as:

“In Zenless Zone Zero, a contemporary civilization has been destroyed by a calamity known as Hollows. They appear out of thin air, creating spatial anomalies filled with formidable monsters known as Ethereals. Amidst this overwhelming catastrophe, New Eridu, the last metropolis that survived the apocalypse, has risen against the odds by harnessing the technology and resources necessary to fight the Hollow disaster. Players will take on the role of a Proxy — a professional specialized in navigating the dangerous Hollows, guiding those who, for various reasons, need to venture inside. Together with unique characters, players will embark on an adventure to explore Hollows, battle enemies, complete commissions, and learn about the mysteries behind the last beacon of civilization.”

Interested in pre-registering. You can do so now via Google Play, App Store, and the official website.

Zenless Zone Zero is officially launching sometime this year on PS5, PC, Android, and iOS. For now, there’s no word yet on an official release date.
