It’s time for Elder Scrolls Online console players to get in on the fun as the Season of the Worm Cult Part 1 finally goes live on consoles on June 18, 2025 as announced during the XBOX Games Showcase that concluded earlier today.
Enjoy more ways to experience Tamriel with all the content the Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 1 update has to offer:
- A Sequel to the Main Questline
- This will be a true sequel to the main narrative of ESO. Investigate the resurgence of the Worm Cult while you meet new allies and join forces with familiar faces. Maybe you can uncover the mysteries of the Writhing Wall.
- Welcome to Solstice
- This tropical island paradise is one of the central locations of the update. Explore the Western Solstice Zone and you find activities to enjoy as well as dangers to overcome such as unique World Bosses and Delves. There will even be special stand-alone story quests and more so there’s plenty of content to sink your teeth into
- Take on the Ossein Cage Trial
- An all-new 12-player PvE challenge set in Coldharbour. Take on one of Molag Bal’s fortresses for an amazingly dangerous relic… along with some massive rewards as well!
- Plenty of Unique Rewards
- Speaking of rewards, the island of Solstice is filled to the brim with them! Including 16 new antiquities, new item sets, collectibles, and more, you will have many alluring loot to claim for your own.
All players will have access to the free update 46 base-game patch. Players who are looking to go back to ESO after a hiatus can also do so seamlessly with the Hero’s Return system that can give you access to many rewards to catch you up.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 1 come to the XBOX Series X|S, XBOX One, PS4 and PS5 on June 18, 2025.
