After its big Jujutsu Kaisen event back in May, SM has now opened another exciting event for geeks in the city with Collectors Con Year 3.
As its name implies, this is the third year in a row that SM has teamed up with Funko for a Collectors Con event at SM North EDSA. Collectors of figures and other geeky goodies won’t be disappointed here as there are plenty of shops from notable retailers, including Toy Kingdom, GeekPH, Filbars, CO., Coolectzone, The SM Store, Miniso, KKV, Bearpick, All Aboard by Gaming Library, and Courtside.
Shopping won’t be the only thing to do here as this event also features a wide array of supersized displays, including massive Pop figures courtesy of Funko. Other activities include board game tournaments hosted by Gaming Library (from July 18 to 20), as well as trading card game tournaments by Courtside (July 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, and 27).
As a bonus, for a minimum single receipt or accumulated purchase of PHP 500 from participating shops at the event, visitors can get 10 minutes of playtime at the arcade zone. This are features a Mario Kart arcade setup, making for a nice break from collectibles shopping.
To top it all off, this event will feature a special gathering of popular local cosplayers during Cosmeet Weekend. During the opening day, lots of Pinoy cosplayers were in attendance, making for quite a spectacle. For those who weren’t able to visit, don’t worry as you’ll get to see more cosplayers as the event continues.
Collectors Con Year 3 is happening now until July 29, 2025, at The Block Atrium, SM North EDSA.
