With the wait almost over, SEGA has revealed that they will be holding the Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Open Network Test on August 29 at 12:00 PM (PH time) until September 2 at 12:00 PM (PH time). All gamers can join in and the ONT is open to PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Epic Games players.
The goal of the Open Network Test is to stress test the online multiplayer functionality and identify any problems. With this in mind, it is in their best interest that many players are able to join so SEGA has sweetened the deal. First, you’ll be able to get a special decal and a title as a reward for participating in the ONT. Second, you’ll also be able to join the special Joker Festival on August 31 (12nn PH Time) to September 1 (12nn PH Time) which allows you to try out the crossover racer Joker from Persona 5 along with his vehicle – the Arsène Wing.
That’s not all, as the Joker Festival will also run from 12:00 PM on August 31 to 12:00 PM on September 1st (UTC+8), allowing players to try out the crossover racer Joker along with Arsène Wing, his unique machine.
