The Infinix NOTE Edge to officially launch on February 24

This is the first phone to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7100.

Infinix today announced that the NOTE Edge, the world’s first smartphone to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 platform, is launching on February 24.

The Dimensity 7100 is a new system-on-a-chip that was announced just last month, and it’s a mid-range chipset that promises to deliver great performance for gaming and productivity. Given how new the chipset is, the NOTE Edge is an interesting phone, especially given that Infinix is hyping up its capabilities.

To be exact, Infinix promises that the MediaTek Dimensity 7100-powered NOTE Edge can run popular games like Honor of Kings at up to 90 FPS smoothly, with PUBG running well at 60 FPS. All of this while promising excellent 5G connectivity (at 4G-level pricing) with better efficiency, as its modem power consumption is said to be reduced by up to 21%.

To complement the phone’s processor, Infinix is introducing XOS 16, the phone’s refreshed UX/UI. This new UI is designed to feel lighter and smoother to use, complete with light-sensitive edges, gradual blur transitions, and a refined frosted-glass finish to enhance its look.

XOS 16 also promises better touch responsiveness and interaction feedback, along with useful features like Live Photo transfer with iPhone and 3D spatial wallpapers.

The Infinix NOTE Edge will launch officially on February 24, 2026. To celebrate its upcoming launch, Infinix announced the King of Edge Raffle Promo, where big prizes are up for grabs. These include a trip for two to Chongqing, China, GT Book laptops, and concert tickets for SEVENTEEN at the Philippine Arena.

More details will be shared on the Infinix Facebook page and website.
