LG Electronics is celebrating 13 years of OLED leadership as it unveils its advanced 2026 television lineup. This milestone follows a strong performance in 2025, where the company accounted for 49.7 percent of the global OLED TV market by shipping approximately 3.22 million units. Global shipments in this category reached 6.47 million units, reflecting a 6.6 percent year-over-year growth in consumer demand for premium displays. The brand’s market presence was notably robust in Europe, where it shipped 1.59 million units, and in Asia-Oceania, where it captured a leading 62.3 percent market share.
For the upcoming season, the company is launching its 2026 OLED evo TV series featuring Hyper Radiant Color Technology. This advancement delivers images up to 3.9 times brighter than conventional OLEDs while significantly improving color accuracy. Powering these visuals is the new α (Alpha) 11 AI Processor Gen 3, which utilizes a Dual AI Engine to run noise-reduction and texture-preservation algorithms at the same time. This sophisticated processing ensures clean, detailed imagery without the softness or oversharpening typically found in traditional systems. Furthermore, the new lineup has received the Reflection Free Premium certification from Intertek, making these TVs ideal for high-glare environments.
Design innovation continues with the Wallpaper OLED evo TV W6, which achieves a slim nine-millimeter-range profile through internal architecture redesigns. This ultra-thin form factor recently won an iF Design Award, highlighting the successful fusion of refined aesthetics and structural integrity.
Beyond television technology, the LG Home Appliances Solution Company remains dedicated to promoting sustainable lifestyles and integrating advanced robot technologies into its AI-driven home solutions. By combining bold form-factor breakthroughs with next-generation picture quality, the company continues to set the standard for global premium home entertainment.
