Ahead of the game’s release this July, Cygames released a demo for Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok, and it’s available now on all platforms.
This new demo is available on PS5, PS4, Switch, and PC for free, and it lets players try out the enhanced edition of Granblue Fantasy: Relink. To celebrate the demo’s release, Cygames shared a new trailer titled “The Journey So Far.”

As for the demo itself, players can try out the early portion of the main story from Granblue Fantasy: Relink here. As such, this demo is made to be accessible to those who haven’t played the game yet. Players who clear the demo’s story mode will get to redeem rewards in the full game.
Along with the story mode preview, the demo also lets players try out Quest Mode. Here, players can try out either solo or multiplayer quests, with crossplay matchmaking available in the demo as well. There are 4 different quests to try, with the fourth quest, “Sephira’s Sanguine Glammer,” being available only after players have completed the first 3 quests. By completing each quest, players can get rewards when they purchase the full version of the game.
Cygames also detailed the following changes from the Open Beta version:
- In the quest “Sephira’s Sanguine Glimmer,” HP and ATK have been reduced for the enemy “Aquila Ruby Golem.” – Character artwork in the main menu has been updated.
- Seofon has been added as a playable character. The famed Star Sword Sovereign unlocks differently from most characters in the full game, but players can now try him out regardless in the demo.
- Fixes have been implemented for issues related to co-op matching.
Finally, the demo gives players access ot the Tutorial Mode, where they can learn the game’s exploration and combat basics.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok will be released on PS5, PS4, Switch 2, and PC on July 9, 2026.
