Crunchyroll recently announced that it will stream the highly anticipated Kagurabachi anime adaptation in April 2027 in most of the world.
The Kagurabachi anime was officially announced back in April. Just recently, we got new details about the anime, including its Crunchyroll release, more cast details, and an upcoming world tour.
To start, Crunchyroll confirmed that it will stream Kagurabachi in most of the world in April 2027, except in Mainland China, Japan, and Korea. As for the cast, the confirmed Japanese voice actors include Taihi Kimura as Chihiro Rokuhira, Tomokazu Seki as Kunishige Rokuhira, and Katsuyuki Konishi as Togo Shiba.
For the World Tour, fans will get early episode screenings of Kagurabachi in various locations across the globe. This tour will begin at Anime Expo next week, after which it will head to Japan Expo, AnimagiC, Otakon, and Anime NYC. More details about the Kagurabachi Anime World Tour will be shared soon via the event’s official website.
It’s fair to say that the Kagurabachi manga is one of the most popular titles in Weekly Shonen Jump right now. As such, this upcoming adaptation by Cypic (the studio behind titles like Umamusume: Cinderella Gray and The Summer Hikaru Died) is no doubt one of the most anticipated shows of 2027.
For now, there’s no word on a specific release date for the series. There’s also no info on how many episodes the first season will get. More details will be shared at a later date.
