Here are the nominees for The Game Awards 2019

It’s nearly the end of the year, and for 2019, we saw lots of incredible game releases. Though only the best made the cut at The Game Awards 2019, the gaming world’s premier award show. If you aren’t familiar with it, think of The Game Awards as the video game equivalent of the Oscars.

This year, six titles are in contention for the most prestigious award of them all – Game of the Year. Among the GOTY contenders, Death Stranding and Control lead the way in terms of nominations. Death Stranding is the most nominated this year with 9, Control meanwhile has 8 nominations.
