Last night, PlayStation teamed up with Tier One to host “IRL” — a night filled with awesome gaming action at High Grounds Cafe in Quezon City. The event featured playable demos of two highly-anticipated PS4 titles, Final Fantasy VII Remake and Nioh 2. This marks the second time that a demo of the FF7 Remake was brought over to the Philippines, the first being at SM North EDSA last December.
The event was attended by various gaming content creators, as well as members of the media (including oursevles). To further hype up the game, there were a number of awesome Final Fantasy VII Remake photo spots:
The Final Fantasy VII Remake will be released on the PS4 on April 10, 2020, and will be a PS4 exclusive for one year. Meanwhile, Nioh 2 will be released exclusively on the PS4 on March 13, 2020.
While we played the games again at the IRL event, we were able to try the FF7 Remake and Nioh 2 demos back in Tokyo Game Show. Here are our impressions on both titles:
