Last year, Tamiya released its first ‘Dyipne’ (aka Jeepney) Mini 4WD kit. As a kit inspired by the Philippines most popular vehicle, the Dyipne Tamiya was definitely a big hit among Pinoy Tamiya fans.

With the success of the first Jeepney Mini 4WD kit, Tamiya has just released a new version of the ‘Dyipne’–a special Silver Metallic edition! This new Tamiya kit is available starting today–making it a great gift for Dads who are into Tamiya.

The Silver Metallic Dyipne Tamiya isn’t just a re-color of the original Red jeepney kit; it feature different stickers, including blue flames at the sides and on the hood, ‘The Brickyard’ and ‘Lil’s Hobby Center’ logo, and ‘Makati-Mandaluyong-QC’ on the sides. The kit’s bumper also features cyan details (instead of red on the original model). Finally, the rims on this Dyipne kit come in chrome.
