    Blizzard announces the Hearthstone Felfire Festival

    Featuring Pirates, a new Solo Adventure, and more!

    Heads up, Hearthstone fans! Blizzard has just announced the Hearthstone Felfire Festival, and it’s a greatest hits collection of the Ashes of Outland expansion. Included in this new event a huge Battlegrounds update, a free, five-chapter Trial by Felfire Solo Adventure, and many more!

    Firstly, the Felfire Festival brings Pirates to Battlegrounds. This update brings 17 new minions and 4 new heroes, including a reprise of Patches with a new Hero Power. The Pirates tribe is out on Battlegrounds today, June 10.

    Another highlight of the Felfire Festival is the new Trial By Felfire Solo Adventure which releases on June 18. This new addition to Hearthstone is described as:

    “Follow the story of Aranna Starseeker in this FREE, five-chapter Solo Adventure as she embarks on a journey of self-exploration, assembles a crew of outcasts and teams up with Illidan and the Demon Hunters to take on the twisted architect of the Rusted Legion: Mecha-Jaraxxus!”

    Aside from this Solo Adventure, the Felfire Festival will also bring Trial by Felfire challenges on June 25, as well as the return of the Burndown Travel Brawl on June 25 and the Rumbledome Travel Brawl on July 2.

    Finally, the Hearthstone Felfire festival will also give players the following in-game rewards:

    • Completing the Trial by Felfire Solo Adventure: Rusted Legion Card Back
    • Completing the Trial by Felfire Challenges: Golden Kael’thas Sunstrider card
    • The Burndown & The Rumbledome Brawls: Classic Pack
    • Legendary Quests: Up to 9 card packs from Year of the Dragon and Ashes of Outland

    Also available from June 18 to July 8 is the Aranna Starseeker Bundle. This bundle includes the Aranna Starseeker Demon Hunter Hero, 20 Ashes of Outland packs, and the Arcana Card back.
