During the launch of the Mi 11 last week, Xiaomi has announced that it has teamed up with the hit mobile game, Genshin Impact. With this partnership, Xiaomi promises that the new Mi 11 will offer a great gameplay experience for Genshin Impact players.
Regarding the partnership, Xiaomi said:
“The launch of Mi 11 marks the start of Xiaomi’s collaboration with the most popular mobile game of the year 2020, Genshin Impact. Mi 11 offers great Genshin performance, and beginning with Mi 11, Xiaomi will be working with the game producer MiHoYo to offer users a better and smoother gaming experience through deep strategic collaboration. Currently, there’s no word yet on the specifics of the partnership, Xiaomi did mention that it is working with developer MiHoYo to ensure the Mi 11 will be able to run Genshin Impact well. After all, Gensin Impact is a game that requires a pretty powerful smartphone to run properly.
Even without the partnership though, the Xiaomi Mi 11 should have no difficulty running Genshin Impact as the phone is powered by the latest Snapdragon 888, not to mention that it has 8GB RAM.
