JINS Eyewear has teamed up with Evangelion to release a new eyeglass collection. This collection features three models: two prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses, though all three feature designs based on the iconic mechas of Neon Genesis Evangelion.

First up, we have a pair of optical glasses inspired by Shinji Ikari’s Eva Unit-01. This pair of glasses feature design elements based on the iconic Eva Unit, including distinct colors and design elements which represent different parts of Unit-01’s body.

Next up is another pair of optical glasses, this time with a design based on Asuka Langley Soryu’s Eva Unit-02. Sporting a black rim, this pair of prescription glasses come with four studs that indicate the eyes of Unit-02, as well as design elements that are inspired by Asuka’s signature mech.

Rounding out the lineup is a pair of Eva Unit-01 sunglasses. This pair of eyewear is the most distinct among the three as it sports a purple and green frame as well as a colored lenses; though these lenses can be swapped out to other colors.

Finally, all three glasses come in special packaging which also feature Eva-inspired designs.

The JINS x Evangelion collection is priced starting at USD 120 (around PHP 6,100) and is now available in the US via the official JINS website. Currently though, there’s no word yet on if this collab will release in JINS Philippines stores.
