PlayStation recently revealed Horizon Call of the Mountain created specifically for the PlayStation VR2. This game is being developed in collaboration with Guerrilla and Firesprite Games, creating a brand-new experience set in the world of Horizon.
This new title aims to push the hardware, innovation, and gameplay capabilities of the brand-new PS VR2 and the VR2 Sense controller. With stunning visuals and a new level of immersion brought by this new hardware, this teases an exciting journey back into Aloy’s world.

Guerilla’s Studio Director and Studio Art & Animation Director, Jan-bart Van Beek says:
“We don’t want to reveal too much just yet, but this story will be told through the eyes of an entirely new character. You will also meet Aloy, other familiar faces, and new characters along the way, and we’ll be introducing you to the protagonist of Horizon Call of the Mountain soon.”
While the game has been announced and the trailer gave us our first look at gameplay, there’s currently no word yet on a release date. Given the early reveal, this upcoming Horizon game might be a launch title for PS VR2 when it launches. tbb
