Hololive teams up with Marvel for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness promotion

Cover Corporation has announced a Hololive tie-up promotion for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

After getting to interview stars of The Batman and Morbius, Cover Corporation has announced a Hololive tie-up promotion for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

As part of the promotion, the official Hololive YouTube channel will stream a special program on May 3 at 7PM JST (6PM PHT), the day before the film’s release in Japan.

The stream will feature a range of activities, including a “Strange Tie-up Cafe” by Hololive members, recommendations for the upcoming movie, as well as a look back at the previous Dr. Strange film. On top of these, a “Virtual Strange” will also make an appearance in the stream, though there’s not much info yet on what this entails.

The Hololive idols that will participate in the Doctor Strange promotion include:

  • Ozora Subaru
  • Sakura Miko
  • Inugami Korone
  • La + Darknesss
  • Takane Lui
  • Sakamata Chloe

 

To go along with the announcement, Cover Corp. has released an official visual for the tie-up promotion, and it features several Hololive idols recreating the movie’s poster.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will release in Japan on May 4, 2022. The movie will also release on May 4th in the Philippines. Meanwhile, the next Doctor Strange film will release in the US on May 6, 2022.
