In case you missed its announcement, Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc is the third proper season of the popular shonen franchise, and it is a direct follow-up to last year’s Entertainment District Arc season.

Though this next arc is a proper season and isn’t a movie like Mugen Train. So, why is there a cinema release? Well, this special cinema release of Swordsmith Village features the last two episodes of the Entertainment District arc and combines it with the first episode of the new season. Essentially, you’ll only get 20 minutes of new anime content, though this is an opportunity to watch the Entertainment District Arc’s epic final fight in the big screen.
