Bandai Namco is bringing Tekken 8 to ESGS 2023
Fighting game fans can try out Tekken 8 at this year's ESGS!
Ahead of the game’s release in early 2024, Bandai Namco confirmed that it is bringing Tekken 8 to the Philippines at ESGS 2023.
Specifically, ESGS will feature Tekken 8 demo stations at the Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia booth which will be located at booth S2 at the World Trade Center. Thanks to this, Filipino fighting game fans will be able to try the game out ahead of its release this January.
Of course, given the hype for the game (it’s the latest entry in the popular Tekken franchise after all), there will likely be a lot of demand for the Tekken 8 demos. So, you may want to visit the booth as soon as the venue opens.
Since the game’s reveal back in EVO last September 2022, Bandai Namco has been hyping up Tekken 8 with various trailers and showcases. In the past few months, Bandai has brought the game to in-person events such as Tokyo Game Show and Thailand Game Show. So, it’s no surprise that the new Tekken game is heading to ESGS. After all, this is one of the PH’s biggest gaming events.
ESGS 2023 will take place from November 3-5, 2023, at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
Meanwhile, Tekken 8 will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on January 26, 2024.
