Netflix finally shared the official trailer for Pokemon Concierge, the adorable stop-motion series that will premiere this December.

Announced earlier this year, Pokemon Concierge is an upcoming series that promises to delight both long-time and casual Pokemon fans. Instead of taking place in the anime or the Pokemon games’ universe, this is a self-contained story that follows a concierge named Haru who works in a Pokemon resort.

To give you a better idea of what to expect, you can check out the trailer here:

From this new trailer, this upcoming series should be a must-watch for those who want a fun and chill show to enjoy, whether by yourself or with friends/family. After all, the Pokemon in the series look oh so adorable, especially Psyduck who seems to be one of the show’s main characters.

This series stars Non (Rena Nonen) as Haru, the concierge. Other members of the Japanese cast include Ai Fairouz (Power in Chainsaw Man) as Alisa, Okuna Eita as Tyler, and Takemura Yoshiko as Watanabe.  Meanwhile, the English voice cast stars Karen Fukuhara as Haru.

Plus, the series’ theme song “Have a Good Time Here” is performed by Mariya Takeuchi, the Queen of City Pop who is known by many for her iconic song, “Plastic Love.”

If this series looks familiar, that’s because Pokemon Concierge is made by the same studio behind the Rilakkuma stop-motion shows on Netflix.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the show:

Pokemon Concierge will be released on December 28, 2023, exclusively on Netflix.
