Demon Slayer: To the Hashira Training World Tour 2024 is coming to the Philippines

Demon Slayer's next installment will get a theatrical release in the Philippines!

Following the anime’s reveal back in June 2023, Muse Asia revealed that the Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc will get a cinema release in the Philippines this February.

Last year, Demon Slayer held a World Tour which featured screenings of the first Swordsmith Village (aka Season 3) episode in theaters around the world. Thanks to its success, the anime is bringing back the World Tour this year for the next Demon Slayer installment.

Much like last year, Filipino Kimetsu no Yaiba fans will be happy to know that the anime’s next installment will get a cinema release in the Philippines. Specifically, the Hashira Training Arc is coming to the Philippines on February 21, 2024.

Muse Asia also confirmed that screenings will be held in Vietnam on February 23, as well as in Malaysia and Thailand on February 29. Plus.
Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao will get screenings, though there are no dates yet.

So, what can you expect during the screening? Well, the cinema release will feature Episode 11 of the Swordsmith Village Arc, followed by the first episode of the Hashira Training Arc. Essentially, only the last 1/3rd of the screening will feature new content, but the fact that the Season 3 finale will be shown on the big screen should still make it a must-see for Demon Slayer fans.

For now, there’s no word yet on a cinema list for the upcoming Hashira Training Arc, though you can expect to get more info about it in the coming weeks as the theatrical release date is just around a month and a half away.

The Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc anime will premiere on Japanese TV and in streaming platforms in Spring 2024. There’s no word yet on a specific release date, though the anime is expected to be released in April this year.

In related news, a Demon Slayer party game titled Sweep the Board is coming to the Nintendo Switch soon.
