Demon Slayer: Sweep the Board reveals early purchase bonus for physical version

With the game’s release just a bit over two months away, SEGA revealed the early purchase bonus for Demon Slayer: Sweep the Board, the upcoming party game based on the hit shonen series by Koyoharu Gotoge.

Specifically, players who purchase Demon Slayer: Sweep the Board early will get a special bonus: a ufotable sticker featuring super deformed versions of the anime’s characters. These include Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, Inosuke, Rengoku, Tengen, Muichiro, and Mitsuri.

In case you missed its announcement, Sweep the Board is an upcoming party game for the Nintendo Switch that features the Demon Slayer characters in a Mario Party-like experience.

The game’s features are described by SEGA as:

PLAY DEMON SLAYER: KIMETSU NO YAIBAWITH EVERYONE!THE ANIME DEMON SLAYER: KIMETSU NO YAIBA TURNS INTO A BOARD GAME!
- The iconic landmarks from the anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, such as Mount Fujikasane and Asakusa, will appear as boards Roll the dice to advance through the squares! The board has a daytime and nighttime period. During the day, you will play events and mini-games to prepare for the night, where you will be searching for demons to defeat – aim to become a great Demon Slayer!
TAKE CONTROL OF ICONIC CHARACTERS!
- Players can choose between their favorite characters including Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and the nine Hashira! Nezuko, who cannot be active during the day, appears as a support character to help the players throughout the game!
FIGHT DEMONS BY WAVING THE JOY-CON!
- In mini-games where you fight demons such as the Hand Demon, you will be able to swing the Joy-Con like the Nichirin Sword to attack! Become a Demon Slayer and challenge the powerful demons!

Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – Sweep the Board will release on the Nintendo Switch on April 25, 2024.
