The Fall Guy is getting sneak preview screenings in the Philippines this week

Ahead of the film’s theatrical release next week, Universal Pictures announced that The Fall Guy is getting sneak preview screenings in the Philippines on April 26 and 27.

To be exact, The Fall Guy sneak preview screenings will happen starting 5 PM on April 26 and 27 in select Philippine cinemas — great news for action film fans given that the movie promises a lot of impressive action set-pieces. No surprise there, really, especially as this film is directed by David Leitch, the director of popular action films like Atomic Blonde and Bullet Train.

Starring Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt, the film’s premise is described as:

“In The Fall Guy, Gosling plays Colt Seavers, who, like everyone in the stunt community, gets blown up, shot, crashed, thrown through windows and dropped from the highest of heights, all for people’s entertainment. And now, fresh off an almost career-ending accident, this working-class hero has to track down a missing movie star, solve a conspiracy and try to win back the love of his life (Blunt) while still doing his day job.”

Even before its release, the film has already gotten great reviews from critics following its premiere at SXSW back in March. Thus, this should be a must-watch for action afficionados.

The Fall Guy is coming to cinemas in the Philippines on May 1, 2024.
