Following its launch back in December, Infinity Nikki Version 1.5 is out now, and it adds a new co-op mode along with other features. Plus, the game has also been released today on Steam.
Version 1.5 is called “Bubble Season,” and its highlight is no doubt the new two-player co-op mode. As part of the new version update, players can now explore Miraland with a friend, though the addition of the new multiplayer zone, Sea of Stars, features various puzzles that players must solve together.
Among these is the Bubble Trails challenge, where players must team up and use bubble props to generate bubbles in different colors to reveal hidden paths. There’s also the Bubble Escort challenge that tasks players with protecting a fragile bubble as it travels along a winding path. In this challenge, players must take turns operating mechanisms and avoiding environmental hazards that can pop the bubble.
Of course, these co-op challenges aren’t the only things you can do. Players can also pose for in-game photos and enjoy various interactions in the new co-op mode.
As part of the event, Serenity Island transforms into a fantastical playground where players can:
- Ride the whimsical Bubble Gondola
- Use a new ability outfit to create soaring water columns for traversal
- Walk the fashion runway and show off stunning looks
- Dive into a variety of seasonal mini-events and activities
The Bubble Season update also adds two limited 5-star outfits, along with five free outfits which include the fan-favorite Sea of Stars outfit. To get the Sea of Stars outfit for free, players must gather in-game materials to craft it.
Finally, the new version features the new Dyeing System, allowing players to recolor individual parts of outfits and share custom color schemes with others.
Infinity Nikki Version 1.5 is out now on Android, iOS, PS5, and PC.
