Netflix celebrates One Piece Season 2’s premiere with ‘The Grand Line at Port Bonifacio’ event

Laboon and Going Merry have landed in Manila!

To celebrate the premiere of One Piece Season 2, Netflix opened The Grand Line at Port Bonifacio today at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.

This event is part of a series of fan events across the world. Specifically, this special One Piece experience area is located at the BGC Amphitheater, and opened to the public today, and it will be open until Sunday.

Here, fans can take photos with an impressive recreation of Laboon, the whale that the Straw Hat Crew meets early into their Grand Line adventure.

Aside from Laboon, the event also features a mini replica of the Going Merry. While it’s not as big as Laboon, it serves as the perfect photo spot, especially if you have your photo taken from the other side, as you get a great view of Laboon as your background.

Best of all, entry to this event is free, though note that you’ll need to line up at the designated area if you want to have your photo taken with Laboon.
