With the event just weeks away, Otaku Pop Fes 2026 shared new details on the OPF Cosplay Cup – one of its biggest highlights.
The Cosplay Cup is one of the highlight events of Otaku Pop Fes 2026, and it will let cosplayers show off their creativity and skills, both in terms of costumes and stage performances.
This upcoming cosplay competition will have big prizes. The First Place winner will receive PHP 20,000 and a 3-day 2-night trip to Japan (valid for 6 months from April 26). Along with these, the winner will also get a performance slot at a Japanese event and a trophy/commemorative plaque. Plus, the winner will be featured on OPF’s official social media and media channels.
Meanwhile, the Second Place winner will get PHP 10,000, along with a trophy/commemorative plaque, features on OPF’s official pages, and an OPF merchandise set. Finally, the Third Place Winner will get PHP 5,000, a trophy or commemorative plaque, website and social media features, and an OPF merchandise set.
This competition will feature an impressive panel of judges, consisting of notable Filipino cosplayers. These include Myrtle Sarrosa, Prince De Guzman, Awie, Een, Lia Bear, Roxanne Kho, and Zackt.
Entries for the cosplay contest are open only until April 13, 2026. Note that this competition is open under the Open Category, meaning participants can use self-made, commissioned, or purchased costumes.
