Mobile Legends fans can expect plenty of esports action this week, as the OPPO Hyper Legend Cup x MLBB Campus Series begins in Malaysia on April 16.
This upcoming tournament is happening at 1 Utama Shopping Centre in Selangor, Malaysia. There, teams from national qualifiers across Southeast Asia will duke it out for the lion’s share of the massive USD 100,000 prize pool. That’s nearly double the prize pool of last year’s event, which was USD 52,000.
The event will feature student players from Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore. These include:
- Philippines: NU Bulldogs and FAITH Colleges Bravehearts
- Indonesia: Little Pikaa and Semangka
- Singapore: TKP and Clarity Gaming
- Malaysia: KPTM x Velocity
At the tournament, the players will experience the OPPO Reno15 series, as this will serve as the event’s official device. This phone should be a great fit for this tourney, thanks to its 120Hz refresh rate screen, advanced VC cooling system, and 6,500mAh battery with 80W SUPERVOOC Flash Charge.
“The OPPO Hyper Legend Cup x MLBB Campus Series is more than a tournament – it is a platform for the next generation of esports players to showcase their passion and skill,” said Gary Dong, APAC President of OPPO. “By bringing these four nations together in Malaysia, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of mobile gaming by providing cutting-edge technology that enhances the mobile esports experience.”

Along with the games, fans can also enjoy special appearances by Malaysia’s very own MLBB legends Soloz and Feekz. As such, this event promises to be a must-see for MLBB fans in the Greater Kuala Lumpur area.
The OPPO Hyper Legend Cup x MLBB Campus Series is happening from April 16 to 19, 2026.
