Ahead of Computex 2026, which happens this week, Acer unveiled the Swift Spin 14 AI and Aspire Go 15, two new Snapdragon-powered laptops.
The Swift Spin 14 AI is a new premium ultraportable with a convertible form factor thanks to its 360-degree hinge. Thanks to this, coupled with its 14-inch WUXGA IPS touch display, the Swift Spin 14 AI can be used similarly to a tablet or as a more conventional laptop. While there are plenty of convertible form factor laptops in the market, the Swift Spin sets itself apart by having the Acer Active Stylus 420 as standard inside the box. This stylus is not only good for note-taking, but it should also be great for drawing, courtesy of Wacom AES 2.0 technology that supports 4,096 pressure levels and has tilt detection for shading.
Powering the new Swift Spin is the Snapdragon X2 Elite or Snapdragon X2 Plus processor. With this, the laptop promises to be great for productivity. It should also be good for AI-assisted workloads, thanks to the processor’s NPU with 80 TOPS. Battery life should also be long, with Acer promising that it can last for up to 23 hours in video playback.
Other notable features of the laptop include its MIL-STD-810H durability, light 1.34 kg weight, 5 MP IR camera for Windows Hello login, and DTS:X Ultra Audio.

Next, we have the Acer Aspire Go 15. This is an affordable laptop that should be a great partner for students and office workers on a budget. Powering the laptop is a Snapdragon C processor paired with 8GB of memory and 512GB of storage. While 8GB may seem a bit low, it should still be fine for browsing and Office apps.
The Aspire Go 15 also features a 15.6-inch display, dual full-function USB Type-C ports, and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity.

Pricing and availability of the new Acer Swift Spin 14 AI and Aspire Go 15 will be shared soon.
