Garena is set to host the Summer Festival for Call of Duty: Mobile in Manila this weekend, from May 23 to 24, 2026. This Summer Festival is happening at SMX Aura Convention Center in Taguig City, and it will not just be one event, as it will feature various tournaments and activities for CODM fans to enjoy.
To start, the Summer Festival will feature the Garena Elite Philippines Grand Finals, where 14 teams will face off in Multiplayer (MP) and Battle Royale (BR) formats for the lion’s share of the USD 40,000 prize pool.
The final stage of the MP tournament will feature a single-elimination bracket, with a best-of-five Grand Final. Teams SKAERI, MG OBLIVION, AMG NOCTURNAL, and Elunari X will face off here. Meanwhile, the BR finals will feature LEAP UNBOUND, GNR ESPORTS LEGACY, RIGID TSG, 4KINGS, IMMORTALS ESPORTS EXODUS, 4K JOKER, GNR ESPORTS ETERNAL, M12 sYn MAIN, UNBOTHERED MAIN, and ADMT EMERALD. These teams will compete in six maps, with only one squad emerging as the champions.
Call of Duty: Mobile esports fans will also be treated to Garena Summer Invitational (GSI) 2026, which is the first regional CODM tournament happening on PH soil. The playoffs of this tournament will happen at the Summer Festival, where the three finalists will face off for the biggest share of the USD 60,000 prize pool.
These three teams include:
- Alula Club: Featuring core members of the former Stalwart Esports roster: FDx, Skerd, LUCASZIN, Clove, and Jhai. The team will face Elevate in the opening Playoff match.
- Elevate: The team’s roster consists of KenDy, Susanoo, Yop1, kLo, and Peejay.
- Team Star Magic: Features Yato, Josh, Jibi, Eiji, and RexNL. This team will face the loser of the opening Playoff match in a last-chance showdown for a place in the Grand Final.
Along with these tournaments, the Summer Festival will also have plenty of guests and activities, making this the biggest CODM gathering in the country.
To start the event, the Opening Ceremony will feature personalities including Myrtle Gail, Sharlene San Pedro, Patricia Reyes, and Zie Barcelo (Doc Z). In case you miss the opening, there are also various creator showmatches and meet-and-greet sessions.
The festival will also honor the most dedicated players of the community, as there’s a Hall of Fame initiative that will put the spotlight on 15 standout players. These players are selected based on criteria like most eliminations, longest playtime, and highest rank progression.
The Garena Summer Festival 2026 is happening from May 23 to 24 at the SMX Aura Convention Center, and it will be open to the public. Fans can also pre-register for tickets via the official event website.
