Atlus recently announced that Metaphor: ReFantazio will launch on the Switch 2 on November 12, complete with a lower price.
The recent Nintendo Direct was a big treat for RPG fans, as it featured lots of exciting announcements like Final Fantasy Resonance and Xenoblade Genesis. Aside from new games, we also got confirmation that Metaphor: ReFantazio will be released on Nintendo’s current-gen console.
What’s great about the Switch 2 version is that it will be available with a lower price tag, which should make it more accessible to newcomers. This is perfect as Metaphor is also a great introduction to the Atlus JRPG formula, not only because it has an all-new, standalone story, but also thanks to how accessible yet deep the game’s combat system is.

Along with the Switch 2 release, the game’s Atlus 35th Digital Anniversary Edition was also revealed. It will include the digital base game, digital art book, and soundtrack apps, as well as DLC.

- 5x Hero’s Fruits (Increases Archetype Experiences by 500)

- 5x Expensive Medicines (Recovers 200 HP)
- 2x Stale Blackbreads (Deals 300 Almighty damage to one enemy)

Finally, Atlus announced the dates and venues of the Metaphor: ReFantazio Orchestra Concert World Tour Asia. These include:
