Supergirl tickets are now availalbe in the Philippines

The next DC Studios film is coming to PH cinemas next wee!

With the film’s release just a bit over a week away, Warner Bros. Pictures announced that tickets to Supergirl are now available in the Philippines.

In case you missed it, Supergirl is the next installment in the revamped DC Cinematic Universe, and while it’s not exactly a sequel to James Gunn’s Superman movie from last year, it does follow his cousin, Kara Zor-El, aka Supergirl. For those who need a refresher, Supergirl made a short appearance at the end of the Superman film. Unlike the boy scout that is Kal-El, Kara Zor-El has a more “colorful” personality, to say the least. As such, it’ll be interesting to see her upcoming solo outing. Plus, long-time DC fans should enjoy appearances from notable characters like Lobo.

To celebrate the film’s tickets becoming available, Warner Bros. Philippines shared a new promo video, which you can watch here:

Supergirl is directed by Craig Gillespie (of Cruella and I, Tonya) and stars Milly Alcock (House of the Dragon) as Supergirl. The film also stars Matthias Schoenaerts, Eve Ridley, David Krumholtz, Emily Beecham, and Jason Momoa. Producing the film is DC Studios’ James Gunn and Peter Safran.

“‘Supergirl will take the audience on an exhilarating ride across the stars and into the landscapes and cultures of all these alien planets, where they’ll encounter the incredible spectrum of characters that inhabit this galaxy,” says producer Peter Safran. “We love the opportunity to create new environments that have never been experienced before on screen. And this film just transports you.”

Supergirl is coming to cinemas in the Philippines on June 24, 2026.
