After its launch earlier this month, ASUS Business Philippines revealed the ASUS ExpertBook Ultra Beats Murphy’s Law video series.
Murphy’s Law, in case you need a refresher, states that “anything that can go wrong will go wrong.” Coined by American aerospace engineer Edward A. Murphy Jr., this saying is the centerpiece of ASUS Philippines’ new video series to promote its newest ExpertBook laptop.
The ASUS ExpertBook Ultra Beats Murphy’s Law video series features award- winning broadcast journalist and business consultant Rico Hizon, along with award-winning actress, host, and entrepreneur Gabbi Garcia, two ASUS ExpertBook Brand Ambassadors in the Philippines. In the video series, Hizon and Garcia put ASUS’ flagship business laptop to the test to prove that it can survive all sorts of scenarios that can ruin an ordinary laptop (and thus prove Murphy’s Law).

In case you missed it, the ASUS ExpertBook Ultra is a premium business laptop that is powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra X9 Series 3 Processor with a 50W CPU TDP (Thermal Design Power). With this, the Ultra should have no issues handling workloads of office professionals. This is complemented by up to 64 GB of LPDDR5x memory, as well as a 14″ 16:10, 3K (2880 x 1800) 120Hz Anti-glare Tandem OLED touch display.
The laptop is also made from aerospace-grade AZ31B magnesium-aluminum alloy, meaning it has great bend and drop resistance, all while weighing only 0.99 kg and being 10.9 mm thin.
