After releasing the Zenfone 3 a couple of months back, Asus has been making waves in the hardware scene with its beautiful and innovative line of products. This October, Asus is back at it again and this time, they’ve brought out the big guns! Their ZenBook line of laptops has made very impressive strides in performance and looks ever since the first one came out in 2011 and fast forward to 2016, the ZenBook will be coming out with its most revolutionary product yet, the ZenBook 3 (touted as the “Macbook Air Killer”)!
This laptop has pure wow factor written all over it. It’s crazy thin, measuring at only 11.9mm! That’s thinner than most magazine issues. Underneath the thinness of it all are monster specs that put bulkier laptops to shame. Powered by the new 7th generation Intel® Core™ i7 processor with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD, the ZenBook 3 is truly the next era in mobile computing. The new generation ZenBook has been reimagined with mobility in mind as it offers impressive specs in a lightweight body weighing in at only 910 grams (in contrast, the Macbook Air weighs 1350grams)! I personally go around a lot and I cannot bring around my Asus ROG G752 around everyday or else my back will kill me. I need to be mobile but at the same time carry my work along with me wherever I go, so imagine carrying a laptop that’s nearly the size and weight of a Top Gear magazine issue but has the computing power of a desktop?
