First round of big free updates for Sonic Frontiers to release tomorrow
As promised, SEGA is gearing up to release the first round of free updates for Sonic Frontiers which will add a lot of content to the game.
As promised, SEGA is gearing up to release the first round of free updates for Sonic Frontiers. Specifically, the first free update will be released tomorrow, March 23, and it will include a variety of content for players to enjoy.
The first free content update is titled “Sights, Sounds, and Speed Content Update” and it will add the following content to the game:
- Juke Box
- Photo Mode
- Cyber Space Challenge
- Battle Rush
- ”Extreme” Difficulty Level
- Cyber Space “Power Boosts”
- Extras and Other additional content
More details about each new feature listed above will be shared tomorrow when the update launches.
Along with the first round of free updates, SEGA also announced that a demo of Sonic Frontiers will be available to PlayStation Plus Premium members tomorrow, March 23. With the demo, players on PS5 or PS4 an try the game for one hour if they have a Premium subscription. Players’ save data will then be transferrable to the main game if they purchase it on the same platform.
Though take note that the save date is not transferrable to the Sonic Frontiers Digital Deluxe Edition.
Meanwhile, players on PC are also treated to a Sonic Frontiers sale on Steam now until March 24, 2023. There, the Standard and Digital Deluxe editions of the game are available with 33% off. Check the game’s Steam store page now to get this deal.
Sonic Frontiers is now available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
