Ridley Scott’s Napoleon gets official Philippines cinema release date

Starring Joaquin Phoenix, Ridley Scott’s Napoleon has an official Philippines cinema release date, and it is later this November.

Specifically, this upcoming historical drama epic will be released in the Philippines on November 29, meaning fans of Scott’s films will only have to wait a bit under two months before its cinema release.

To give you an inside look ahead of its theatrical run, Columbia Pictures recently shared a new featurette titled “Unique Genius of Joaquin Phoenix.” As the title implies, this film is centered on Phoenix’s acting chops in this film.

Ridley Scott and Joaquin Phoenix is definitely quite a combo. After all, Scott is no stranger to epics, having directed films like Gladiator. Meanwhile, Phoenix is considered one of the most talented actors of his generation, with unforgettable roles like Arthur Fleck in Joker.

As for Napoleon, the man needs no introduction. Though if you want a better idea of what to expect, the film is described as:

Napoleon will release in cinemas in the Philippines on November 29, 2023.
