If you’re looking for a new film to watch, 20th Century Studios’ new original sci-fi film The Creator is now showing in Philippine cinemas and IMAX locations.

In case you missed its reveal, The Creator is the latest film by Gareth Edwards, the director of big blockbusters such as Godzilla (2014) and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Unlike these two, his latest project features an original story that’s all about a future with AI.

This new movie stars John David Washington, Gemma Chan, Ken Watanabe, and more. As for its premise, the film is described as:

“The Creator” is set in the distant future where humans and artificial intelligence are engaged in a bitter war. On the brink of victory, the humans discovered the Creator, the mysterious AI architect behind a weapon that can change the fate of the conflict. To prevent this weapon from being used, the humans recruit ex-special forces agent Joshua (John David Washington) to track it down. After discovering the weapon is in the form of a young child (Madeleine Yuna Voyles), Joshua begins to question the mission and the war itself.
